Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you encounter any issues while using our tools, such as the processing button not responding or images not loading, please check the following steps. Most technical glitches are related to browser cache or unstable internet connections.

  • Browser Compatibility: We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience.
  • Hard Refresh: Press Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear the session cache and reload the latest script.
  • File Size: Ensure your PDF or image files are under 5MB. Files larger than this may time out during the analysis process.

Browser Settings & AdBlockers

In rare cases, aggressive ad-blocking extensions might interfere with the scripts required for our Python-based processing engine. If you experience persistent errors, try whitelisting xdevutilities or disabling the ad-blocker temporarily. Rest assured, our site is designed to be lightweight and safe.
